بە ئامادەبوونی ڕاگری کۆلێژی زانستە ئەندازیارییە کشتوکاڵییەکان و یاریدەدەری ڕاگری کۆلێژ و سەرۆکی بەشەکان، “دروستکردنی توانا بۆ تۆڕی پسپۆڕانی ئاو و کارگێڕی یەکگرتوو” (وۆرکشۆپی بیرکردنەوەی دیزاین، دەستپێکردنی بازرگانی کشتوکاڵی، و… بەڕێوەبردنی بەرنامە) دەستی پێکرد، کە هەنگاوێکی بەرچاو بوو بەرەو پەروەردەکردنی داهێنان و گەشەپێدانی بەردەوام لە… کارگێڕی. لە ڕۆژانی ٢٤-٢٦ی تشرینی دووەمی ٢٠٢٤ کۆلێژی زانستە ئەندازیارییە کشتوکاڵییەکان لە زانکۆی سەلاحەدین میوانداری وۆرکشۆپی “توانا بۆ تۆڕی پسپۆڕانی ئاو و کارگێڕی یەکگرتوو”ی کرد. ئەم چالاکییە کە هاوکاری نێوان زانکۆی سەلاحەدین، زانکۆ و توێژینەوەی واگنینگن (WUR)، بەرنامەی خۆراکی جیهانی (WFP)، و هاوكارى ڕێکخراوی سەدە بۆ ژینگە و فریاگوزاری مرۆیی (COEHR) به ريوه جوو، زیاتر لە 50 ئەندامی فاکەڵتی و خوێندکار و پسپۆڕی کۆکردەوە بۆ پەرەپێدانی داهێنان و کارگێڕی لە بازرگانی کشتوکاڵیدا. گرینگترین به شه كانى وۆرک شۆپەکە: ڕۆژی یەکەم: گەڕان بەدوای بیرکردنەوەی دیزاین – ڕێگەیەکی داهێنەرانە بۆ چارەسەرکردنی کێشەکان لە ڕێگەی کۆکردنەوەی داهينه رانه، نموونەسازی و فیدباکەکانی بەکارهێنەر. ڕۆژی دووەم: تێڕوانینەکان بۆ دەستپێکردنی بازرگانی کشتوکاڵی – ستراتیژییەکان بۆ بنیاتنانی کارە سەرکەوتووەکان لە کەرتی کشتوکاڵدا لەگەڵ توێژینەوەی کەیسی جیهانی ڕاستەقینە. ڕۆژی سێیەم: شارەزابوون لە بەڕێوەبردنی بەرنامە – ئامراز و میتۆدۆلۆژیای پراکتیکی بۆ جێبەجێکردنی کاریگەرانەی پڕۆژە. ڕاهێنەرانی پسپۆڕ، لەوانە د.هێمن عەبدولخالق ئەحمەد لە زانکۆی سەلاحەدین، هێدی کەمالە لە پرۆگرامی خۆراکی جیهانی، و دکتۆر هێمین ساڵح لە پەیمانگای کەنەدی، سەرپەرشتی دانیشتنەکانیان کرد، زانیاری و ئامرازی بەنرخیان بۆ بەشداربووان دابین کرد بۆ ئەوەی کاریگەرییەکی بەردەوام لە کشتوکاڵدا بزوێنن .
Empowering Future Innovators: Capacity Building Workshop for Water Experts and Entrepreneurs
In the presence of the Dean of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, the Assistant Dean of the College, and the heads of departments, the “Capacity Building for the Water Experts Network and Integrated Entrepreneurship” (Workshop on Design Thinking, Agribusiness Startups, and Program Management) commenced, marking a significant step towards fostering innovation and sustainable development in entrepreneurship.
From November 24-26, 2024, the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Salahaddin hosted the “Capacity Building for the Water Experts Network and Integrated Entrepreneurship” workshop. This event, a collaboration between the University of Salahaddin, Wageningen University & Research (WUR), the World Food Program (WFP), and Century Organization for Environment and Humanitarian Relief (COEHR), brought together over 50 faculty members, students, and experts to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in agribusiness.
Highlights of the Workshop:
Day 1: Exploring Design Thinking – A creative approach to problem-solving through brainstorming, prototyping, and user feedback.
Day 2: Insights into Agribusiness Startups – Strategies for building successful ventures in the agricultural sector with real-world case studies.
Day 3: Mastering Program Management – Practical tools and methodologies for effective project execution.
Expert trainers, including Dr. Hemin Abdulkhaliq Ahmed from the University of Salahaddin, Hedi Kamala from the World Food Program, and Dr. Hemin Salih from the Canadian Institute, led the sessions, providing valuable knowledge and tools for participants to drive sustainable impact in agriculture.
