بەسەرپەرشتی (د. شاڵاو عبدالخالق محمد)، قوتابیانی قۆناغی چوارەمی پەیوەندیە نێودەوڵەتیەکان. لە وانەی ئاسایشی نەتەوەیدا، وەک بەشێک لە هەڵگرتنی بەرپرسیارێتی نەتەوەی و نیشتیمانی لە ناو کۆلێژدا هەستان بەپراکتیزەکردی بەشێک لەو وانانەی خوێندویانە لە ئاسایشی نەتەوەیدا. لەو چوارچێوەیەدا هەستان بە ووێنەگرتنی سەرجەم (بەربەست و هەڕەشە و مەترسیەکانی) کە لەناو کۆلێژدا ڕووبەڕووی دەبنەوە، پاشان هەستان لەگەڵ ڕاگرایەتی کۆلێژدا خودی بەڕێزان ڕاگر و یاریدەدەری ڕاگر تاوتوێی ئەو بابەتانەیان بەشێوەیەکی زانستی کرد.
ئەوەی جێگەی دەستخۆشیە مامۆستای سەرپەرشتتار بیرۆکەی (هەڵگرتنی بەرپرسیارێتی و بەهێزکردنی هەستی نیشتمانی لەناو زانکۆدا) کرد بە پرۆژەیەک و بەهاوکاری ڕاگرایەتی کۆلێژ پێشکەشی سەرۆکایەتی زانکۆیان کرد. خۆشبەختانە دوای گفتوگۆکردن لەگەڵ بەڕێز سەرۆکی زانکۆ (پ.ی.د.کامەران یونس)، ئەو پرۆژەیە قبوڵکرا، وابڕیارە لە ئایندیەکی نزیدا کاری لەسەر بکرێت.

Under the supervision of Mr. (Dr. Shallaw A Mohammed), senior students in the Department of Diplomacy and International Relations. In the subject of national security, and as part of assuming national responsibility in the college, they practiced some of the lessons they had learned in the national security lecture. In this context, they identified and photographed all the obstacles, threats, and dangers that they usually come across in the college, and then discussed these issues with the dean of the college in a scientific manner.
It is commendable that the supervising teacher turned the idea of (taking responsibility and promoting national feeling in the university) into a project and submitted it to the presidency of the university with the help of the dean of the college. Fortunately, after discussions with the President of the University (Assistant Prof. Kamran Youns), the project was accepted, and work on it is scheduled for the near future.
