لە تەوەری یەکەمدا زۆر به‌ڕێز دكتۆره‌ تاڤگه‌ ئاماژه‌ی به‌ریژه‌ی ئه‌و ئافره‌تانه‌ كرد كه‌ خاوه‌ن بڕوانامه‌ی خوێندنی باڵان له‌ناو كۆلێژه‌كان بۆ ئه‌و مه‌به‌سته‌ ناوبراو داتاكانی كۆلیژی زانسته‌ سیاسیه‌كان و په‌یوه‌ندییه‌ نێوده‌وڵه‌تیه‌كانی له‌ زانكۆی سه‌لاحه‌ددین وه‌رگرتبوو كه‌ بو شێوه‌یه‌ بوو لە بەشی زانستە سیاسییەکان(34) مامۆستا هەن کە (8) یان ئافرەتن، بە نازناوی ئەکادیمی جیاواز. وه‌ له‌ به‌شی په‌یوه‌ندییه‌ نێوده‌وڵه‌تیه‌كان(31) مامۆستا هەن کە (7) یان ئافره‌تن، دواتر دکتۆره‌ تاڤگە لە وتارەکەیدا ئاماژەی بەو هۆکارانە کرد کە وا ده‌كات ژمارەی ئافره‌تانی خاوەن بڕوانامەی باڵا لە زانکۆکان زیاد بکرێن، وەکو پاڵپشتی زیاتر بۆ ئافره‌تان و ڕەخساندنی دەرفەتی زیاتریان بۆ لە خوێندنی باڵادا.

(Proportion of women receiving degrees) Prof.Dr.tavga Abbas Al-Bustani
In the first topic, Dr. Tavga Bustani talked about the number of women who have higher degrees in Kurdistan universities, which she took as an example of the College of Political Sciences in Salahaddin University It consists of two main departments, the Department of Political Sciences and the Department of International Relations. There are 34 teachers in the Department of Political Sciences, including 8 women teachers with different scientific titles There are 31 international teachers including 7 women teachers. In her speech, Dr. Tavga pointed out the reasons why the number of women with higher degrees in universities should be increased, as more support Women and providing them with more opportunities in higher education.
