لە تەوەری دووەمدا د.کەوسەر باسی لە ڕێژەی سەدی ژنان لە پۆستە باڵاکان لە کۆلێژەکاندا کرد. چوار پۆست وەک پێوەر بۆ داتاکان وەرگیراون، ئەوانیش پۆستی ڕاگر و جێگری ڕاگر و سەرۆک به‌ش و بڕیارده‌ری به‌ش بوون ناوبراو داتاكانی له‌ به‌ڕیوه‌به‌رایه‌تی ئامار له‌ سه‌رۆكایه‌تی زانۆی زانکۆی سەڵاحەدین وه‌رگرتبوو ده‌رباره‌ی ئه‌و پۆستانه‌ له‌ كۆلیژه‌كانی زانكۆكه‌ كه‌ تیایدا له‌ كۆی 16 کۆلێژ و 90 بەشی تێدایە، کە 6% ڕاگره‌كان ئافرەتن، 12% یاریده‌ده‌ری ڕاگره‌كان ئافرەتن، 11% سه‌رۆك به‌شه‌كان ئافرەتن، 11% ئافرەتن و 35% بڕیارده‌ری به‌شه‌كان ئافرەتن.

In the second topic, Dr. Kauthar talked about the proportion of women in senior positions in colleges.
