1. حوكمی به‌فیرۆدانی خۆراك له ڕوانگه‌ی شه‌ریعه‌ی ئیسلامیه‌وه له لایه‌ن به‌رێز (پ.د.نوزاد صدیق سلیمان) پێشكه‌شكرا . له‌م ته‌وه‌ره تیشك خرایه سه‌ر حوكمی شه‌ریعه‌تی ئیسلامی له‌سه‌ر بابه‌تی به فیرۆدانی خۆراك، ئاماژه به‌وه كرا كه ئایینی پیرۆزی ئیسلام هه‌رده‌م ڕێنمایی تاكه‌كان ده‌كات كه خۆیان به دور بخه‌نه‌وه له به‌هه‌ده‌ر دانی ئاو و خۆراك و دوور بكه‌ونه‌وه له زیاده‌رۆیی و به‌فیرۆدان له كۆتاییدا به‌رێزیان چه‌ند ئامۆژگاری و ڕێنمای پێشكه‌ش به قوتابیان كرد ده‌رباره‌ی پاراستنی سه‌رچاوه‌كانی ئاو وخۆراك وه یارمه‌تی دانی هه‌ژاران به‌و بڕه خۆراكه‌ی كه له خۆیان زیاده.
2. به‌فیرۆدانی خۆراك له ڕوانگه‌ی یاساوه له لایه‌ن به‌رێز (د.ماردین دڵنیا محمد علي) پێشكه‌شكرا
دیارده‌ی به فیرۆدانی خۆراك له عیراق و هه‌رێمی كوردستان له كاتی ئێستادا به شێوه‌یه‌كی به‌رفراوان سه‌ری هه‌ڵداوه بێ ئه‌وه‌ی هیج یاسایه‌ك هه‌بێ ئه‌م بابه‌ته رێك بخات سه‌ره‌تادا پێناسه‌ی به‌فیرۆدانی خۆراك كرا به پێی پێناسه‌ی رێكخراوی كشتوكاڵ (FAO) ئه‌ویش بریتیه له به فیرۆدانی ئه‌و بابه‌ته خۆراكیانه‌ی كه گونجاون بۆ خواردن و ته‌رخان كراوه بۆ به‌كاربردنی مرۆڤ، به‌ڵام فیرۆده‌درێت له قۆناغه‌كانی فرۆشتنی به تاك یان له‌كاتی به‌كاربردنی. ئه‌وه جێی سه‌رنجه كه له زۆربه‌ی بۆنه‌كان كه خواردنیان تییادا ئاماده ده‌كرێت دیارده‌ی به فیرۆدانی خۆراك تێدا دیاره بێ ئه‌وه‌ی هیج رێكار و یاسایه‌ك هه‌بێ بۆ رێگریكردن لێی، هه‌روه‌ك چۆن له وڵاتانی دیكه ئه‌م رێكاره یاساییانه هه‌ن كه خۆیان له سه‌پاندنی پێبژاردن و هاندان له ڕێگای لێخۆشبوونی دارایی له باج و ئاسانكردنی به خشینی ئه‌و بڕه خۆراكه‌ی كه ده‌مێنێته‌وه خۆی ده‌بینێته‌وه، له‌م ڕوانگه‌وه پێشنیار كرا به ده‌ركردنی یاسایه‌ك بۆ سزادانی سه‌رپێچی كاران ئه‌وانه‌ی له بۆنه و ئاهه‌نگه‌كان خۆراك به فیرۆده‌ده‌ن به سزای پێبژاردن له ڕێگای ئه‌و شاره‌وانیانه‌ی كه هه‌ڵده‌ستن به كۆكردنوه‌ی زبڵ و خاشاك، و مه‌رج دابنێن بۆ هۆتێله‌كان بۆ پێدانی ئه‌ستێره ده‌بێ ئه‌و خۆراكه‌ی كه ده‌مێنێته‌وه و بۆ خواردنی مرۆڤ گونجاوه بیبه‌خشن له جیاتی ئه‌وه‌ی فرێبده‌ن.
3. کاریگەری ئابووری بەفیڕۆدانی خۆراک لە ناو کەمپی زانکۆی سەلاحەدین – هەولێر زیانە ئابوورییەکان وچارەسەرە پیشنیارکراوەکان كه له لایه‌ن (م.ی.تارا معاذ عباس) پێشه‌كه‌شكرا.
کاریگەری ئابووری بەفیڕۆدانی خۆراک:
• زیادبوونی خەرجی: کڕینی خۆراکی زیادە و تێچووی زیادە بۆ هەڵگرتن و ساردکردن.
• بەفیڕۆدانی دارایی: پارەی بەکارنەهاتوو لە خۆراک دەتوانرێ بۆ خزمەتگوزاریی زانکۆ بەکارهێنرێت.
• بار گرانی لەسەر بودجەی زانکۆ: پارەی تێچووبوو دەتوانێت لە خزمەتگوزاریی خوێندکاران بەکارهێنرێ.
• زیادبوونی پاشماوە و زیان بە ژینگە: دەردانی گازی گەرمخانەیی بەهۆی پاشماوەی خواردن.
چارەسەرە پیشنیارکراوەکان:
• زیادکردنی هۆشیاری خوێندکاران و ستاف: سیمینار و پەیوەندیدانی زانیاری سەبارەت بە زیانەکان.
• باشترکردنی بەڕێوەبردنی سەرچاوە خۆراکییەکان: پلانکردن بۆ دیاریکردنی بڕی پێویست.
• هاوکاری لەگەڵ ڕێکخراوە خێرخوازییەکان: دابەشکردنی خۆراکی زیادە بەسەر کەسانی پێویستدا.
• ڕیساییکردن و بەردەوامی: بەکارھێنانی پاشماوەی خواردن بۆ وزە یان پێویستی.
ئەنجام:
• کەمکردنەوەی زیانە ئابووری و ژینگەیی بەفیڕۆدانی خۆراک.
• داواکردن لە زانکۆ بۆ جێبەجێکردنی سیاسەتی کاریگەر.
• بەرزکردنەوەی ڕۆڵی زانکۆی سەلاحەدین وەک مۆدێلی بەرەوپێشبردنی بەردەوامیی.
Topic 2: Campus Food waste the following subjects were presented :
1. The Rule of Wasting Food from the Perspective of Islamic Shari’ah which was presented by Prof. Dr.Nozad Siddiq Sulaiman. He highlighted the ruling of Islamic Shari’ah on the issue of food waste, it was pointed out that the holy religion of Islam always guides individuals to avoid wasting water and food. Finally, he gave some advices and guidelines to the students about protecting water and food resources and helping the poor with the amount of food that is surplus to them.
2. Food waste from the perspective of the law presented by Dr. Mardin Dilnya Mohammed Ali. She focused on the importance of legislating a law concerning Food Waste . Food waste is regarded to be widespread phenomenon in Iraq and Kurdistan Region without any laws to regulate it. According to Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) ,Food Waste is defined as “ is the waste of food items that are suitable for consumption and intended for human consumption, but are wasted during retail sale or consumption”. It is interesting that in most of the occasions where food is prepared, there is a phenomenon of food waste without any measures and laws to prevent it, just as in other countries there are these legal measures that impose themselves Incentives include financial tax exemptions and facilitating the donation of the remaining food. In this regard, it was proposed to enact a law to punish violators who waste food at special occasions ,such as festivals and celebrations, by Municipalities that collect garbage, and to set conditions for hotels to donate leftover food that is suitable for human consumption instead of throwing it away.
3. Economic impact of food waste in Salahaddin University campus – Erbil Economic damage and proposed solutions presented by Assist. Lecturer Tara Muaz Abbas.
She explained the Economic impact of food waste on the society which includes:
• Increased expenses: additional food purchases and additional costs for storage and refrigeration.
• Financial waste: Unused money from food can be used for university services.
• Burden on the university budget: The money spent can be used for student services.
• Increased waste and environmental damage: Greenhouse gas emissions due to food waste.
Recommended solutions:
• Increasing students and staffs’ awareness: Presenting seminars to communicate information about the negative effects of Food Waste.
• Improving management of food resources: planning to determine the quantity required.
• Cooperating with charity NGO’s: Distribution of surplus food to the needy.
• Recycling and sustainability: Using food waste for energy or other needs.
Conclusion:
• Reduction of the economic and environmental damage of food waste is a must.
• Salahaddin university has to implement effective policies.
• Enhancung the role of Salahaddin University as a model for promoting sustainability.
