Abstract:
Climate change agreements are crucial instruments in the global fight against climate change and its devastating effects on Earth's diverse ecosystems. However, the implementation of these agreements is fraught with economic, social, technical, and political obstacles, casting doubt on the likelihood of full or even near-full compliance by signatory nations. These challenges stem from the potential repercussions of implementing the agreements' specific provisions within each country, regardless of its development status – developed, developing, or less developed.
Politically, implementation is hampered by governmental shifts and evolving domestic policies. Furthermore, some nations renege on their climate commitments, as exemplified by the United States' withdrawal from the Paris Agreement in 2017 under the Trump administration. Global political and geopolitical conflicts, including wars, further impede progress. The ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, beginning in 2022, serves as a stark illustration of how such events can derail climate action.
Economically, the transition to clean energy and a low-carbon economy presents significant hurdles. This shift necessitates substantial investments in infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies, placing a considerable burden on all nations, particularly emerging and developing economies. Certain industries, notably the fossil fuel sector, often clash with stringent climate policies due to potential economic losses and job displacement. Coupled with this is the often-inadequate infrastructure in many countries.
In conclusion, climate change agreements face a complex web of challenges. Overcoming these obstacles demands integrated strategies, including robust and binding international cooperation, to ensure effective implementation and the realization of global climate goals, ultimately mitigating environmental degradation.

ئاڵنگارییه‌كانی جێبه‌جێكردنی رێككه‌وتنه‌كانی گۆڕانی ئاووهه‌وا له‌ جیهانێكی سیاسی گۆڕاودا
رۆژى چوارشەممە‌ رێكه‌وتی(٢٦-٢-٢٠٢٥) كاتژمێر (١٠)ی به‌یانی له‌ هۆڵی (فەرهادى) سمینارێک بۆ بەرێز(پ.د.سلیمان عبداللە اسماعیل) بەناونیشانى ((ئاڵنگارییه‌كانی جێبه‌جێكردنی رێككه‌وتنه‌كانی گۆڕانی ئاووهه‌وا له‌ جیهانێكی سیاسی گۆڕاودا)) سازکرا.
لە سمینارەکەدا بەرێزیان باسى لە، ڕێککەوتنەکانی گۆڕانی ئاووهەوا ئامرازێکی گرنگ و سەرەکین بۆ ڕووبەڕووبوونەوەی دیاردەی گۆڕانی ئاووهەوا و کەمکردنەوەی کاریگەرییەکانی لەسەر ئیکۆسیستەمە جیاوازەکان لەسەر ڕووی زەوی.
لە درێژەى باسەکەیدا باسى لە واقیعی دۆخەکە کرد ئاماژە بەو ڕاستییە دەکات کە ئەم ڕێککەوتنانە، لە ڕووی جێبەجێکردنەوە، ڕووبەڕووی چەندین ئاستەنگ و ئاڵنگاریی سیاسی و ئابووری و کۆمەڵایەتی و تەکنیکی بۆتەوە و دەبنەوە و هەر ئەمەشە کە جێبەجێکردنی بڕگەکانی ئەم ڕێککەوتنانە خستۆتە مەترسییەوە بە تەواوی ئەو لایەن و وڵاتانەی واژۆیان و پەسەندیان کردووە و پابەندبوونە بە جێبەجێکردنیان.
هەموو ئەمانەش دەگەڕێتەوە بۆ ئەوەی باسکرابوو سەبارەت بە دەرئەنجام و ئاڵەنگاریەکان لە ئەگەری جێبەجێکردنی بڕگەکانیان و وردەکارییەکانی هەر وڵاتێک و خۆی پابەند کردووە پێی ، جا وڵاتێکی پێشکەوتوو یان وڵاتێکی گەشەسەندوو بێت لە جیهاندا.
لە کۆتایشدا ئامادەبووان بە سەرنج و تێبینی و پرسیار بەشداری سمینارەکەیان کرد.

في يوم الاربعاء الموافق (26-2-2025) في تمام الساعة (10) صباحاً في قاعة (فرهادي) أقيمت ندوة للسيد (الأستاذ الدكتور سليمان عبدالله اسماعيل) بعنوان ((تحديات تطبيق اتفاقيات التغير المناخي في عالم سياسي متغير)).
وقال في الندوة إن اتفاقيات تغير المناخ تعد أداة مهمة لمكافحة تغير المناخ وتقليل تأثيره على النظم البيئية المختلفة على الأرض.
وتابع حديثه بالحديث عن حقيقة الوضع مشيرا إلى أن هذه الاتفاقيات واجهت من حيث التنفيذ العديد من العوائق السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والفنية وهذا ما يضع تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقيات.
وهذا كله راجع إلى ما تم مناقشته من عواقب وتحديات في حال تطبيق أحكامها وتفاصيلها الخاصة بكل دولة وملتزمة بها سواء كانت دولة متقدمة أو دولة نامية في العالم.
