On February 19, 2025, under the supervision of Prof. Bakhtiar Saber Mohammed, Supervisor of the College of Management and Economics, and in coordination with the Dean of the College, College Ranking Committee, and Career Development Center, a panel discussion was held to address key issues related to pay equality and employee welfare.
The panel brought together esteemed experts, including:
- Prof. Dr. Nasrat Khoshnaw,
- Assist. Prof. Dr. Jarjis Mustafa Khadr, Head of Scientific Affairs of the College and
- Lect. Halz Ali Hussein, Lecturer in the Department of Administration
The session was moderated by Assist. Lect. Mohammed Jabbar Hamad Ali, a member of the Career Development Committee. The discussion covered critical aspects of wage fairness, employee benefits, and workplace well-being, with active engagement from the audience through questions and insightful comments that helped deepen the conversation. This panel served as an essential forum for discussing strategies to bridge pay gaps, enhance employee welfare, and promote inclusive workplace policies, contributing to broader efforts toward sustainable and equitable employment practices.
