Diary R. SULAIMAN received his BSc., MSc., and PhD degrees from Salahaddin University-Hawler in 1990, 2002, and 2018, respectively.
In 1990 he joined the Iraqi and Kurdistan Engineering Union.
He is member of International Association of Engineers (IAENG), and International Association of Computer and Information Technology (IACSIT).
Since 2005 he is a Lecturer of electronics in the Electrical Engineering Department, Engineering College, Salahaddin University-Hawler.
He has gained the CISCO CCNA1 network fundamentals, and CISCO CCNA2 Routing Protocols and Concepts. .
His research interest include design and simulation of electronic circuits, Microprocessors Thermal/Power Management, PLLs Design and Simulation.
Diary R. SULIAIMAN has authored many publications on design and simulation of electronic circuits for microprocessors thermal/power management. He is the author or the co-author of more than 30 journal or conference papers published or accepted for publishing in international journals or international conferences. He works as a reviewer for Salahaddin University scientific journal, Sulaimani University Scientific Journal, and many international Journals and Conferences.
