First semester project- Sport Center
Architectural design studio is at the core of the year 3 curriculum, in which the student get the first step towards designing projects that contain complex space programs such as Sport complex . In this studio, students will understand more about large projects with complicated functions, different structural systems, and building services.

Second semester project- Mixed-use project
Mixed-use development is a type of Urban development that blends residential, commercial, and other uses, where those functions are physically and functionally integrated.
Project components: Different types of Flats, hypermarket, supermarket, shops (different sizes), cinema, cafeteria, ….etc
